lavish and unmistakable are the lessons i’ve learned from my mentors, my clients and my own path

  • When facing difficulties, the most nurturing thing one can do for oneself is to ask “What am I learning from this?”

Learning from situations gives us a sense of clarity and purpose. Purpose can strengthen your will to overcome difficulties and clarity can help making decisions and taking further actions.

  • To achieve desired change we need conscious, vigorous, and persistent decisions and actions towards our goals and values. And, a lot of patience. We can make a difference, it just takes time.

Remember, old habits might die hard, but! - they are not immortal!

  • Resilience is psychological stamina. It builts by committing ourselves to understand, feel and act differently towards that which will not change. A mile to run will always be equally long, it will not shrink. But by training our body, mind and will - it will take less effort to complete it, and less time to recover from it.

It’s when what once felt like a tornado starts to feel like a breeze that we know the change — the one we stubbornly and bravely went through — has settled into every cell of our body and every atom of our being.

  • AAny situation we find ourselves in, any decision we feel we need to make is packed with choices and simple “no mistakes, only paths” rule. However, our attachments to our opinions, feelings, positions, attitudes, desires, habits, likes and dislikes, fears and worries, beliefs, previous experiences, and learned behaviours make things seem complicated and hard for us.

When overthinking, ask your body, your gut feeling or your chest area for advice.
Life is usually pretty simple. It’s us who make things complicated.
